Policies:
COST:
The cost per room is $2,400 per semester which includes utilities. It does not include internet. Occupancy is up to two persons per room.
A full school year contract is required meaning Fall and Spring semesters.
FURNISHINGS:
Currently our rooms are furnished with the following:
One queen size bed, nightstand, entertainment center with drawers, table, chairs, lamps, microwave, minifridge and hot plate. There is also a private bath with each room. Current furniture must stay, but if you are wanting to add 1 other occupant you are welcome to bring your own additional bed and dresser.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We require a $500 security deposit once you are approved as a tenant. This is a per room charge. The deposit will be used for any damages caused or any cleaning that is not completed when you leave. We will keep $50 for carpet cleaning. If everything else is in good condition, all rent payments have been made and property rules have been followed, you will receive a refund of $450.
HOW TO APPLY:

2. Print, complete and sign the application.
3. Include a copy of your driver’s license or other government ID.
4. Include a copy of your Fall schedule or other verification that you are a student.
5. Email the application, photo of your ID, and school schedule to cnmanut2@gmail.com
6. Send the application fee via venmo @cnmanage or mail a check to CN Management 86 S. Main St. #107 Cedar City, UT 84720.
ACCEPTANCE:
We will review your application and run a credit check and criminal background history. This usually takes several days. Once your application is approved or denied we will notify you. Please send the $500 security deposit once approved, then a rental contract will be emailed for you to sign.
